Texas offers Christ School point guard
ARDEN - Christ School junior point guard Jalen Lecque added the University of Texas to a long list of top Division I colleges seeking his talent at the next level.
The Longhorns offered Lecque on Sunday, pushing his total to 30 schools.
According to 247Sports, Lecque is the nation’s sixth-best point guard and the third-best overall player in the Class of 2019 from North Carolina.
Lecque is a 6-foot-4 point guard from Brooklyn, New York, who transferred to Christ School over the summer.
