HIGH POINT — Matt Patterson led the way with 17 points and Wesleyan Christian’s boys defeated Tri-City Christian of Conover 63-42 on Thursday at Wesleyan.
Josh WIggins added 14 and Drew Greene had 10.
Wesleyan returns to action against High Point Christian on Saturday at 8:30 p.m. in the MLK Tourney Town Showcase at Smith High.
