Country Day coach arrested. Police say he threatened other coach with gun at school.

The head coach of Charlotte Country Day School’s junior varsity girls basketball team is accused of using a firearm to threaten another coach at the school on Wednesday.
Police arrested 29-year-old Tyrez Tarell Neal on a charge of possession of a weapon on school grounds. He is accused of threatening Dijuan Harris, also 29, who is an assistant coach on the varsity boys basketball team.
Shortly before 6:30 p.m., Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police officers responded to a call of an assault with a deadly weapon at the school on Carmel Road in south Charlotte. School security told officers that an altercation occurred between two coaches on the school campus. No students were hurt, police said.
