Coastal Christian's Arturo Marin is the latest StarNews Athlete of the Week.
Receiving more than 90 percent of this week's fan vote, Coastal Christian's Arturo Marin is the winner of the latest StarNews Athlete of the Week Poll.
Marin scored the game-winning goal in the 97th minute Saturday, lifting the Centurions to a 2-1 victory over Grace Christian School in the third round of the NCISAA 3A Playoffs. Coastal Christian beat Cape Fear Academy in the semifinals Tuesday, and the Centurions will try to win their second state championship in the past three years Saturday.
