Bethel Christian has Friday's football game cancelled against Northeast Academy, wins by forfeit
Bethel Christian’s home game Friday won’t be played.
According to Trojans head coach Brick Crowder and first reported by Bryan Hanks of The Bryan Hanks Show, BCA will be given a forfeit victory. As a result, the Trojans are now 4-0 on the season and BCA has defeated its first three opponents by a combined score of 134-32.
Bethel Christian’s football Twitter page (@BCA_FB) stated: “Northeast Academy had to make the decision to forfeit this Friday’s football game. Due to this decision, there will be no home football game or pork chop fundraiser this Friday. Our next game will be Friday, October 1st (at) Wayne Christian. #rolltrojans.”
The Trojans will play their next two games on the road, have a bye week Oct. 15, then host Wilson Community Christian Oct. 22.
