RALEIGH – High Point Christian rolled past North Raleigh Christian 44-14 in non-playoff football action Friday at NRCA.
Luke Homol completed 11 of 15 passes for 130 yards with three touchdowns to lead the Cougars (3-3), who led 13-0 after one quarter and 23-0 at halftime. He also ran six times for 57 yards and a touchdown, had a 20-yard touchdown reception and an interception.
Jordan Wilson ran 18 times for 105 yards, Jackson Clark had two catches for 50 yards plus two rushes for 21 yards and a touchdown, and Jalen Smith had four catches for 40 yards and two touchdowns.
Chase Cox led the defense with 13 tackles, followed by Colby Cox with 12 tackles, Sean O’Brien with eight tackles, and Cosie Pagano with four tackles and an interception.
