RALEIGH — Jon Saunders Jr. caught three touchdown passes from Luke Homol as High Point Christian Academy stayed undefeated with a 28-21 double-overtime victory over Ravenscroft on Fri-day night.Homol found Saunders from 12 yards out in the second OT for the decisive scores as the Cougars upped their record to 4-0. The Ravens fell to 2-1.Homol finished 12 of 27 passing for 161 yards and three TDs, while Saunders caught six passes for 95 yards and three scores.HPCA’s Wistar Allen recorded 15 tackles and a sack and blocked a field goal late in the fourth quarter. Chase Cos finished with 15 tackles for the Cougars, while Colby Cox had seven tackles and provided consistent pressure on the Ravens’ quarterback.Pedro Moreno rushed seven times for 71 yards for the Cougars.HPCA hosts Charlotte Country Day on Friday.
