TRINITY ACADEMY, Tenn. (1-1) at CHRIST SCHOOL (1-1), 7 p.m.

Last week: Trinity Academy beat Rye Cove (Va.), 55-6; Christ School lost to Davidson Day, 49-6.

Last year: The two schools did not play.

Notes: Stand back, the new kid has got a cannon. Christ School junior Drew Johnson (493 yards and two touchdowns with no interceptions) is a first-year Greenies student whose right arm has allowed him to lead all mountain quarterbacks in passing. Johnson's favorite receivers have been Kokayi Cobb (nine receptions for 91 yards) and Tyler Redmond (seven receptions for 155 yards and one touchdown), Keyvon Cobb (six receptions for 92 yards) and Zach Ayotte (five receptions for 30 yards and one touchdown). Cobb (137 yards, two touchdowns) is also the team's top rusher. The Greenies' only points a week ago were a 100-yard kickoff return by Kevin Snyder. Defensively, the standouts for Christ School so far have been Michael Reynolds (7.5 tackles per game) and Cobb (5.0). Trinity Academy is a first-year program that lost at Cherokee, 34-7, in Week 1.
