Arendell Parrott advances to state finals
Arendell Parrott could have state champions in more than football and volleyball this fall.
The Patriots defeated Cape Fear Academy 5-2 on Tuesday, setting up a match with St. David’s at Bert Lain Tennis Center at Salem College in Winston-Salem. The Warriors handed the Patriots (14-1) their only loss of the season on Aug. 31 and are the six-time defending state champions.
The match will take place Saturday at 10 a.m.
