Lady Knights get past Faith Christian in 4 sets
ROCKY MOUNT — Greenfield picked up a nonconference varsity volleyball win in four sets Monday at Faith Christian 25-20, 23-25, 25-21, 25-22.
The Lady Knights (7-9) were led at the net by Sumer Hassan with eight kills while Anna-Merritt Hauser had four kills to go with three service aces. Hassan tallied five service points while Samantha Wainwright contributed 15 asssists and four service points.
The Lady Knights will return to 1-A Coastal Plain Independents Conference play Thursday at Wayne Country Day.
