Hobgood Academy will begin the 2019-20 school year as a dual Charter School and Academy. The 9th-12th grades will continue to be Hobgood Academy while 8th grade andlower grades will be Hobgood Charter School. The future plan is that the Charter School will adopt a grade each year until the full school will be under the Charter School umbrella. The consensus among the group is to accept Hobgood for 2019-20 but that the school is not allowedto play charter school students on any of their varsity teams
