Veteran coach George Whitfield has stepped down from the head baseball coaching job at Arendell Parrott for health reasons and Robert Kravitz has been named as his successor.
Kravitz is no stranger to the NCISAA baseball world as he won six consecutive NCISAA 1A state baseball championships @ Lawrence Academy from 2008-2013.He left Lawrence at the end of the 2015 school year to take a position at Parrott.
Kravitz inherits a veteran squad who won the 2015 NCISAA 1A state title and has to be considered one of the favorites for this years championship.
