Aniyah Vanhook scored 21 points and Lige Reese added 13 points to lead the host Spartans in their Triad Athletic Conference opener.
Vanhook connected on the only three 3-pointers for The Burlington School (4-2). Molina Williams filled the stat sheet with eight points, 10 rebounds, seven assists and five steals.
Sarah Hartford led Calvary Day (0-5) with 23 points and Skylar Hartford scored 19.
