Senior hitter Reagan Stoop reached a volleyball milestone, while the team prepares for another deep state playoff run while the football Raiders are back in action after a bye week.

PCA traveled to Ridgecroft where they made quick work of the Rams 25-9, 25-20, 25-20. Reagan Stoop added 20 kills while Autumn Gibbs added 9 aces. Anna Stoop contributed 30 assists on the night.
Thursday Pungo hosted Northeast Academy and prevailed 25-6, 25-8, 25-5. Reagan Stoop’s first kill was the 1,000th of her career. The Raiders called time to congratulate Stoop on becoming the first volleyball player in school history to reach the milestone. Stoop also added 10 aces and Anna Stoop had 19 assists.
The Raiders are 20-4 and play Terra Ceia and Lawrence this week to finish out the regular season. PCA is ranked number one in the latest NCISAA 1A MaxPreps poll and will look for their second straight state title after the conference tournament.
