Robinson committed to the University of Central Florida, choosing the Knights over 15 offers that included Virginia Tech, Appalachian State, Washington State, Coastal Carolina, Hawaii and Charlotte.
In 2018, then a senior at Christ School, Robinson finished with 1,686 receiving yards and 23 touchdowns on 94 receptions -- stats that ranked him in the top five in the nation. He had transferred from Reynolds after an ACL injury forced him to miss the 2017 season.
Robinson excelled in his first season at ASA Brookyln, catching 37 passes for 879 yards and nine touchdowns, finishing fifth in the nation among JUCO schools. He was an NJCAA All-American honorable mention selection in December.
More importantly, he finished his first semester with a 3.8 GPA and was named to the All-American Academic team.
