Forte, Gattis trigger Cyclones’ win at RMA
ROCKY MOUNT — Community Christian won for the second time in three varsity boys basketball games with a 72-50 outcome Monday at Rocky Mount Academy.
Senior Jimmy Forte had 28 points and eight assists for the Cyclones, who improved to 5-14. Andrew Gattis had 20 points and six rebounds while Mike Piccolo added 11 points. Landon Beamon contributed eight points and seven rebounds for the Cyclones, who will visit The Oakwood School in Greenville on Tuesday.
