Cyclones foiled by Cape Fear 99-63
A 34-point output from senior Jimmy Forte wasn’t enough to propel the Community Christian School varsity boys basketball team to victory Tuesday night, as the Cyclones dropped a 99-63 decision to Cape Fear Christian at Peace Church.
Junior Andrew Gattis had 13 points for the Cyclones, with senior Michael Piccolo adding eight points and eight rebounds.
CCS (1-3), loser of three straight, visit Kerr-Vance Academy on Friday.
