Aniyah Vanhook had 31 points and eight steals to help propel The Burlington School to a 73-23 victory against visiting Northeast Academy in the second round of the NCISAA Class 1-A state tournament.
Molina Williams provided 15 points, 10 rebounds and six assists for the Spartans (17-8), who plays host to the winner of the Ridgecroft School / Greenfield School game in the quarterfinals Saturday.
Samantha Walker and Sarah Utley scored eight points each for The Burlington School, while Zariah Burns added eight steals.
The Eagles finish the season at 14-5.
