Pete Rhodes broke out on his birthday, smacking three hits and driving in four runs as BCA defeated River Mill at Burlingtonfs Davidson Park. Rhodes, who scored four runs, hit a home run and two doubles.
BCA (2-0) scored nine runs in the top of the seventh inning. Garrett Lewis earned the victory on the mound, combining with relief pitcher Darren DeVries for eight strikeouts and three hits allowed.
