Aniyah Vanhook opened the season with a 30-point outing to lead The Burlington School in a 70-19 thrashing of visiting Grace Christian School in a girls’ basketball non-league game Tuesday.
Molina Williams, in the same freshman class as Vanhook, notched a double-double with 14 points and 11 rebounds for the Spartans. Vanhook added six steals.
Hannah Brown led Grace Christian with seven points.
