LEWISVILLE – Westchester Country Day School’s boys soccer team made history on Monday night.
The Wildcats defeated Forsyth Country Day School 3-1 at Forsyth, marking the Wildcats’ first-ever victory over the Furies on their home field.
Tommy Boggis scored a goal and dished two assists for Westchester (10-2-1). Ryan Beale and Dylan Sellers added a goal apiece, while Klaus Paeffgen notched an assist. Will Argo recorded five saves in goal for WCDS.
“We played our most complete game of the season,” said Westchester head coach Adam Schwartz, a 1993 FCDS graduate. “We controlled possession throughout the match against a good team. We played great team soccer tonight.”
Westchester hosts Trinity School of Durham on Friday at 6 p.m.
