Four pitchers for High Point Christian combined for a no-hitter as the Cougars defeated Providence Day 8-0 on Friday at Oak View Baptist Church.
Luke Gesell went 2 for 3 at the plate with three runs and a home run and picked up the win on the mound with seven strikeouts in three innings. Timmy Fischvogt also had two doubles and two runs, while Dylan Wilkinson had a solo home run.
