The host Greenfield School varsity volleyball team turned in its best performance of the season in a 25-21, 25-22, 25-12, 25-22 loss to Christ Covenant of Winterville on Thursday.

Caroline Stone sparkled for the Lady Knights with 20 assists, 14 service points, five aces and 14 digs. Sumer Hassen provided 13 service points, 26 digs and eight kills. Kaelyn Wall chipped in with five points, nine kills and 15 digs.
Also for the Lady Knights, Claire Brittle managed 10 digs, five kills and three blocks. Natalie Diaz added three blocks, 12 digs and nine service points. Katherine Alvarez tallied 20 digs and three service points.
