The #1 seed Halifax Academy soccer team hosted #8 seed Kerr-Vance Academy Tuesday in 1st round of the NCISAA 1A State Soccer play-offs.

The second half proved to be Halifax's strong point by taking a 5-2 win in the end and advance to the Finial Four.
Halifax goals were earned by Kim Shearins hat trick of three goals and with Whitney George & Abby George each with one goal.
The Lady Vikings will take on #4 seed Hickory Christian Academy (8-3-1) Friday at 3PM in Raleigh at Trinity Academy.
